By creating an account, accessing our website, or using services provided by Full Send Fuel Company LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service Description

Full Send Fuel Company LLC provides mobile fuel delivery services within the Brazos Valley, including diesel fuel, gasoline, DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), and fuel additives. Services are available for personal vehicles, fleet vehicles, equipment, and approved storage tanks.

3. Account Registration

Customers must create an account to use our services and agree to provide accurate information, maintain updated vehicle/equipment details, and keep login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

4. Fueling Authorization (Unattended Service)

Customers authorize Full Send Fuel Company LLC to perform fueling services without their presence. Fuel caps must be accessible, vehicles identifiable, license plates must match account details, and safe access must be provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct fuel type, maintaining equipment in safe condition, and ensuring a hazard-free environment for fueling.

6. Fuel Type & Misfueling Liability

Customers assume full responsibility for damages caused by requesting incorrect fuel. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect fuel selection.

7. Fuel Quality Disclaimer

Fuel is sourced from reputable suppliers; however, the Company does not guarantee against contamination or defects and is not liable for engine damage or losses related to fuel quality.

8. Spills & Environmental Responsibility

Customers are responsible for spills caused by faulty equipment or unsafe conditions. The Company may charge for cleanup resulting from customer negligence.

9. Pricing, Minimums & Payment

Pricing is provided through the app. Minimum orders may vary. Services are invoiced through the app, and failure to pay may result in account suspension.

10. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Customers may schedule one-time or recurring services. Cancellations within 30 minutes of service incur a $15 fee.

11. Right to Refuse Service

The Company may refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, access is restricted, or risks are identified.

12. Access & Site Conditions

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to fueling locations and compliance with safety regulations.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

14. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from incorrect information, unsafe conditions, or misuse of fuel.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

16. Communications Consent

Customers consent to receive SMS and email communications, including promotional messages. Opt-out options are available.

17. Photo & Video Release

Customers grant permission for photos/videos of service operations to be used for marketing purposes without identifying information.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and class actions are waived.

19. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
